Requirements Gathering
This phase is often compromised and leads to undocumented scenarios. This elevates the risk of a project that misses critical processes. Our experts submit a requirements gathering report that captures processes, reports, interfaces, forms, and any required customizations. Everyone signs off to ensure the scope of the project is well defined.
Configuration and Training
This phase takes the requirements and configures the test environment. Once configured, our certified trainers takes the client through in context training.
Conference Room Pilot
This phase is critical in solidifying training, and making sure the users gain an 80 % comfort level with the standard processes. Users will stay in their area of discipline.
Integrated Testing
This phase brings all the disciplines together and tests the cut over plan. End to end scenarios are conducted to mimic a real day in the life. This includes testing modifications, forms, reports, interfaces and conversions.
Go Live
This phase will ensure that a Production environment is ready to run the business. Many plans are created and followed including a resource, migration, and cut over plan.
